Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the fact that the products sold by Slay At Home Mother are digital products, no refunds will be given.

However, if you are unhappy with your order or download, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] 

Lifetime Access Membership

The Lifetime Access Membership (Slay At Home Mom Club) offers a lifetime subscription to digital planners and products, as well as an instructional course for the GoodNotes 5 app (non-affiliated).

Due to the nature of the content provided in the membership, no refunds are given as digital products cannot be returned.

All content is strictly considered to be the intellectual property of Slay At Home Planners and is authorized for personal use only by the member that paid for and signed up for said membership.

Payers agree not to file any chargebacks to their banks or payment providers and agree to pay for membership in full according to the payment plan selected (3x monthly or one-time in full).

Members will not be charged yearly, and no subsequent charges will be applied to their accounts.

Lifetime Access Members will receive up-to-date digital planning resources, digital downloads, and more.

Physical Products Refund Policy

Physical Products (mugs) are created by and shipped using our drop shipping partner and can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive (though this shipping window is usually much shorter, it is out of our control). Refunds cannot be accepted for items that have been damaged during the shipping process.

Refunds will no longer be considered 4 weeks after your purchase date.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

At this time, we ship products to the contiguous U.S. and Canada.
