FAQs about The Organized Mom Planner

We recommend using GoodNotes 5, but the Organized Mom Planner works well in similar apps like Xodo, Noteshelf, Notability, and more! We are dedicated to coming out with video tutorials showing the import process for some of these popular apps soon.

Download the ZIP file from your order details e-mail after purchase onto a computer. You can UNZIP the file by double-clicking on it, and send it to your device through AirDrop or an e-mail. On your device (iPad, tablet, etc.), open GoodNotes 5.

In GoodNotes 5, click on NEW (the outlined rectangle at the mid-left of the screen). From the drop-down menu, select IMPORT. Find your Organized Mom Planner PDF file from within your device (we recommend saving it to a location you’ll be able to easily find).

In GoodNotes 5, you can easily turn off the writing function to access buttons and hyperlinks by clicking on the icon at the top right that looks like a pencil with a line drawn through it. Your editing and writing toolbar at the top with disappear, and you’ll then be able to click on any tab or hyperlinked button throughout your planner to easily navigate to the page or section you wish.

To write in your planner, click that same icon at the top right (now it should look like a pencil drawing a circle) to access the writing and editing functions in GoodNotes 5.

To use digital stickers, you can UNZIP the Digital Sticker Folder on a computer and send it to your chosen device.

Save your digital stickers to a location on your tablet where you can easily find them – consider a folder that you rename!

You can then use the split-screen function on your iPad (click the three dots at the very top of the screen within Goodnotes 5 and click on one of the drop-down icons). Your iPad will prompt you to open a second app to split-screen with GoodNotes 5 – choose the application where your digital stickers are stored (this may be the Files app). You can navigate to your digital stickers folder from there. When you find the sticker you want to use, simply drag and drop them into your planner on the page you want.

Organized Mom Planner: How To Import Into GoodNotes 5

The latest on Youtube:

In this video, I’m showing you how to easily import your new digital planner into GoodNotes 5.

“The value of this digital mom planner is incredible!! You won’t regret it!”

The templates in my Organized Mom Planner are beautiful and simply laid out – there are numerous tabs divided up, and so much attention to detail. I’m so thrilled with my purchase, and knowing that I can use it over and over again through the years is incredible. I love that the planner is lag-free (a huge issue with other digital planners I’ve bought where there’s a crazy log delay between pages), and the file size is super small so it doesn’t take up a ton of space on my iPad. Out of all the planners I’ve bought, this one takes the cake and has everything I could ever ask for in a planner – highly recommend it!!
