Quick Troubleshooting Tips
If your download images aren’t showing up, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cookies & cache
On most browsers, this is under Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data.
- Refresh the page
Close the tab and log back into your portal.
- Try a different browser or device
For example, switch from Safari to Chrome, or try opening the portal on your iPad instead of your computer.
- Check for extensions or ad-blockers
Sometimes these can prevent images from displaying. Temporarily disabling them may help.
Even if the images don’t load, the text links in your portal will always allow you to download your planner files.
